Fundamental Key to Miracles

One day in November several years ago the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un inspected a factory.

While looking round the factory, he spoke highly of the factory for having laid out the bases for ideological education in an excellent way and conducting education in the Party’s undying exploits among its officials and workers by operating the bases on a regular basis.

Then he continued: As I often emphasize, the people’s ideological and spiritual state is the fundamental key to increased production and miracles, so it is necessary, first of all, to intensify ideological education among them. The Party committee of the factory should, as it is doing now, direct major efforts to arming the working class of the factory firmly with the revolutionary ideology of our Party with the main emphasis put on the education in the greatness of Comrades Kim Il Sung and   Kim Jong Il. By doing so, it can train the officials, Party members and other working people of the factory into staunch fighters who, cherishing unchangeable will and conviction in any adversity, advance in the vanguard of the struggle for implementing our Party’s line of building an economic power.

Hearing him, the officials of the factory keenly realized that the success of production and construction depended entirely on the ideological and spiritual state of the people, and that primary attention should be paid to the ideological education of the employees in order to create miracles in the face of manifold hardships.
